コロナストレス

 

緊急事態宣言が延長され、学校の開始も延期された。
早起きしなくて済むのは妻にとって良いのだが、コロナの影響でさまざまなストレスが増えてきて、非常にヤバイ状況。
気晴らしに遊びに行けず、外食もできず、買い物はマスク着用、買ってきたものは消毒、、、ホントにストレスだらけ。また、娘がずっと家にいて一人の時間が持てなくなっているのもかなりストレスになっているようだ。
最近は、イライラしている時間が多く、DVが激しかった時のような緊迫感。
鬱病の具合は悪化してないようだが、このままストレスが増えていくと危なそうだ。朝起きるのが辛そうになってきたら黄色信号。
そうなる前に、何かストレス解消になることを考えないと。
